Hi all, I ignored my sore and it got bad overnight, my foot swelled up and the sore literally exploded with pus and blood ( my aide almost threw up) She squeezed the ick out and we soaked it in salt water and bandaged it up. Should I get some antibiotics? Can I just continue soaking? Thanks
