Thanks Quadius. I needed to hear that it really can work! I get so discouraged
because I can't see results ... then I give up, again and again.  I'll go back
to limiting those "bad" carbs again starting in the morning,

Nan

I have been trying to minimize meals off and on for the last couple of years. I
have managed to loss a pretty sizable amount, but I still have my mini quad
belly. I need to loss a couple of more pounds of my belly so that my bladder
doesn't hurt as much when I sit up. I sometimes eat a big meal for a day or two
and then try to eat a little bit less the next few days.

My greatest accomplishments in the weight loss department have occurred when I
have been able to minimize my carbs significantly. This isn't easy for us, but
it does help a lot. Eating a lot more salad and other vegetables in place of
pasta or bread will help you shed the pounds pretty quickly.

PS I'm having some trouble with microphones again, so there might be a few more
errors than normal.

I know a lot of us have a problem with quad guts, weight, and digestion. I've
been watching videos on intermittent fasting and alternate day fasting. Many
people swear that they lose weight and feel much better doing it. I know my
belly seems to grow a bit every day. I think I'll give fasting a try. If you
have time, check it out on YouTube and share your thoughts. I do know that when
I eat a big meal, I suffer for 3 days. Thanks, Larry
