Ron, actually the company is up for sale and yes has stopped making the MV-1 in SouthBend, IN. The investment group that owned the company was not making money and many of the original investors chose to take their investment to other ventures. The original principals of the business left. The company lost its perspective, when it didn't get the Taxi Contracts they had hoped for.
