I wanted to see how durable these vehicles were over the years. They needed 
more 
adaptation to be made as a wheelchair driver vehicle, but could of easily been 
done. I cant imagine who will buy the company.

Ron, actually the company is up for sale and yes has stopped making the MV-1 in 
SouthBend, IN.  The investment group that owned the company was not making 
money 
and many of the original investors chose to take their investment to other 
ventures.  The original principals of the business left.  The company lost its 
perspective, when it didn't get the Taxi Contracts they had hoped for.  I hope 
for the best for VMI, for attempting to take on the task of servicing vehicles 
from a failed company.
