My Doctor told me "... Anybody with a compromised immune system, like your self
and others with spinal cord injury, should get a shingles vaccine at age 50."
It cost $220 at Walgreen's. I'm getting mine at the Pathmark pharmacy, my
insurance company is covering it 100% For which I am grateful.
My mother told me that when I was very young baby I got chickenpox worse
than she ever saw any child ever in her life. When you have chickenpox you are
susceptible to getting shingles and if you had chickenpox very bad maybe you
will get shingles very bad. I am not going to take any chances. Bobbie
