what makes you "on their bad side" by wanting to know where your chair is?

Friday Aug. 2nd I spoke to a rep from my supplier, they said they were
coming on Monday Aug. 5th in the afternoon ... nothing, no show and now
phone call.
I don't want to get on their "bad side" and complain but WHERE IS MY
CHAIR?
I'm tempted to cam my insurance company, but then again I don't want to
get on the suppliers bad side.
The chair I'm in now is about to fall apart, I REALLY NEED this new chair.
I have an appointment at Kessler for Aug. 22nd as a follow-up for my new
chair ... maybe I should just wait till then?
