Come October 17th. 20% of those richest in this country will not notice
anything different. Come Oct 17th, those State who surviving on the flow of
Federal Monies will fall like corn during harvest season. Do you know
which states receiving the most Federal Funding???
Our Government by Law, must pay our Bond Holders first. The biggest bond
holder presently... is China.
