I go longer than two days and I am miserable. Cooked greens such as mustard, 
turnip, kale, collards etc. help a lot. Bread and meat together are the worst - 
hamburgers, fast food sandwiches, etc. I take an herbal occasionally that helps 
quite a bit, cascara sagrada. If it gets too bad, a sip of milk of mag usually 
helps.
