Longest I ever went was 1 week from constipation. I used Miralax to help with that. But when I got constipated, I would spasm and sweat pretty bad. It was hard on me, so with other bowel problems, I just last month got a colostomy. So far it's been great, I lost 75% of my quad gut and no bloated feeling all the time.
