Is it possible to change the size of a catheter to a smaller size without it leaking? When I had my supra pupic put in about a year ago a size 20 French was used. Ever since, I've been experiencing pretty bad dysreflexia. Looking into a different kind of catheter called a "duette." Unfortunately, I think the smallest size they come in is 18 French. Here's a video that makes me think the catheter is causing the dysreflexia, and why a duette might help.
