[QUAD-L] Lisa Ericson's aerobic workout

Hi,
Does anyone have an extra copy of Lisa Ericson's Aerobic Workout they can send 
me or copy the one you have.  I had three copies and they are all no good now.  
I try to do this workout four days a week and I'm lost without it.  I will 
reimburse postage and any cost you might want. If you can I'll send my address.
