Carolyn,
         I use to do her workout myself years ago. I'm sure if you thought 
about it you could remember quite a bit of her routine. 

Get out a pad & pen or blank document and write down every step of her 15 
minute warm-up. Then write out her 30 minute workout. Then her 15 minute cool 
down.

Better yet, make up your own routine. I was all set-up at Kessler, back in 
2003, to make-up my very own exercise video for Quads with a PT and an aerobic 
instructor that were going to donate there time. But Kessler pulled the plug 
because Christopher Reeve was going to make one up on his own. He ended up 
passing away before it was made.
