Have your Dr's included Antidepressants in your pain management regiment? I take low doses of cymbalta along with hydrocodone and it enhanced the effectiveness of the hydro. Have you tried Fentanyl or nerve blocks? I went through an implant trial, but could not specify exactly where my pain was originating in my back, thus could not "feel" when the implant was hitting the right spot. But, it might work for you...
