It appears that someone didn't do their homework and allowed others to make 
 very important decisions for them and now have buyer's remorse.  Taking  
charge of one's life is so important these days.
 
Allowing others, including Government Agencies, to make decisions for you  
is much too risky.  In your case, those making decisions for your  
transportation are not doing you right and I would hold their feet to the  
fire.  I 
would suggest that you become more involved with your present and  future.  I
