I have sore shoulder joints as well. I've lost considerable arm strength in the last 4 years too. It has become very difficult to drive and I have become stoop shouldered. By day's end my neck and shoulders are terribly sore. I also have developed a pot belly that seems to block food right at the belly crease below my ribs. I also use two pillows to support my shoulder, but that makes my neck hurt. This also causes acid reflux which is a joy. I turn 62 this month, 43 years post. I don't know whether a new year sliding by is a blessing or a curse. Oh, pot gut puts pressure on my bladder which hurts and increases accidents. One day at a time, sweet Jesus......
