I was having shoulder pain and the physical therapist had me doing exercises that pull back the shoulders. I was skeptical, but it helped me along with a few other exercises I cant describe. I was told that the shoulder has different heads and you need to figure out which you are overusing, then strengthen the opposite ones. Ive also dealt with bursitis which scared me because I thought I had a rotator tear.

Since being a C/4-5 quad my shoulders have always been pretty week. Soon after my injury my muscles no longer would hold my shoulder blades in the correct place. They almost touch each other and my right shoulder hangs much lower than my left one. The PT is going to look for a shoulder compression brace. Some days it can hurt so bad I can't hardly move my arm. (#%@* Greg
