I O.D. this weekend. I’ve been taking pain meds for years (MS-Contin), but I’ve been having bad spasms lately so I got some Baclofen. It was fine at first, but the 4th time I took it everything went bad. I took one in the morning when I got up at about 6am and 2 hours later I started crashing into things, got argumentative with people, then feel asleep. After that no one could wake me up. The Aid Car guys tried that smelling stuff, but still no. So they had to give me Narcan. Narcan totally reverses the effects of narcotics.
I woke up for a time, but was totally out of it. I was flailing my arms swearing none stop. I only remember a few things from Fri night to Sat 4:30pm. The Aid guys asking me who I am right after they got me awake, and going nuts demanding they take my shirt off. They cut it off, but I kept saying it. Then I woke up in the ER at 4:30pm. I felt a bit loopy until Sun night. Just slightly confused. Anyone else take MS-Con or Oxy plus Baclofen? Not a good combo. Greg W
