Don't use a rubber coated cable, needs to be vinyl.  The rubber coated  
from the hardware store doesn't work. Take advise from someone who went through 
 it 5 times before I figured it out. Using a steel only cable
is not a good idea as rust is corrosive.
 
Cleaning the tracks is a must as is lubrication.  Use WD-40 lubricant  
w/silicone.  WD-40 in the blue can
is NOT anything you want to use. Running the cable is a bugger, be prepared 
 to say some nasty words,
poop, shoot and dog dirt works well.
 
I'll get it to you tomorrow.  The cheapest, and usually stocked is
