Hey Q,

Can you tell me the good, the bad, the ugly about your conduit? My guy already 
has a colostomy and is concerned about having a bag on both sides of his 
stomach. He's also concerned long term about drainage, infections, etc.

Please excuse any typos or brevity of tone as this was typed using an iPhone

Sounds like he has one similar to the one I have. I don't change my every third 
day though. I use a specially fit abdominal binder when I am up in the chair 
and this helps me keep my waffer for much longer.
I just had my surgery about 2 1/2 years ago and it is definitely not obsolete. 
As far as I know there is no need to cut Any sphincter.
