And for that very reason Greg,  Quads should have a copy of the AD  
Guideline, hanging around their necks when visiting an ER or Hospital.

I've  been to a few docs that did not know about or know very much about  
A.D.
These docs were in the E.R. and Urgent Care offices. I recall one E.R.  doc 
saying, "Oh yeah, I remember hearing something about that." With all they  
have to learn, with so many types of diseases and illnesses out there. Even  
though this is a body function, not a  disease type thing. If they don't  
have many patients that go through it, I can understand them not knowing much 
 about it. As long as they know they need to learn about  it.
