Nicki, I have discovered that the "trained techs" do not know their ..... from a hole in the ground. I just about pulled my hair out last year, spent big money, and thought I was going to explode, until my neighbor figured out it was a simple relay on the firewall. Cost five dollars at O'Reilly's. No problems since. I can not express how angry such incompetence made me.
