I use a binder on and off. When my breathing is not well, or when my stomach is 
not feeling well, or just going out somewhere nice.
There are lots of types of binders, some have up to 6 straps to tighten and 
close. I use a real simple one. Very easy to use and no straps. It just folds 
over tight. Best one I've used and least cost.
