I've been doing my BP the same for 42 years now. Every other night suppository that after I turn for the night, then I get cleaned up before I turn back on my back about 6-8 hours later. There is a cux there to "catch" everything. I'm able to move about my upper body enough to "keep things moving" and when I ride in my van or go for a walk and bounce around I notice that Leo helps "keep things moving". I eat brand cereal for breakfast and a snack size yogurt every so often. Sometimes I take a stool softener when I need some extra help because I'm taking morphine since 2010 and it seams to constipate me. I consult my sister who is a dietitian. She suggests fruit in moderation. Bobbie
