I
started doing my B-routine 3x a week, but years ago went to
2x a week, Mon. morning and Thur. night. I had fewer
accidents doing that. I used Enameez (sp?) and then switched
to Magic Bullets. But about a year ago I just “bagged it.”
Got a colostomy. Life is so much easier now. But after my
surgery the surgeon said my intestines were really weird.
Not only all scrambled up, but like fused together. He had
to cut them apart and it took twice as long as it was
supposed to. He could not tell if I was born that way, or if
B-routine for 30 years caused it, or it got messed up in my
car accident. Never mentioned if it was longer.
