This could be gross for most, but the probiotics and yogurt are both a
great option to a more radical capsule of human waste. For some with
digestive issues because they are missing enzyemes in their stomachs and must
use
enzyemes from others "processed waste." Anyone else heard of this ?

Best Wishes

I eat activia yogurt. When I first started taking it, it seemed to help,
but my body seemed to just get used to it, so now just eat it because I
like yogurt.

I have wondered often about probiotics. Do they really work? Those of you
who take them -- can you tell a difference? Are they worth the cost? Btw,
my beloved has heart surgery scheduled for January. Prayers required. A
wundermous Christmas to my all my quad peeps. God bless.
