I am a c2 incomplete that vent dependent but now I just have a trach for 
suckioning /oxygen and can move my right arm a little but not the left. I use 
DNS as well for typing sentences and my onscreen keyboard for programming.

Hello Denny
I'm a c4/5 complete with no movement from the neck down. For drinking I use a 
Camelbac (that's a brand, there are others) on the back of my wheelchair and 
also in bed when necessary. You can find them on the Internet. They come in 
sizes, I used the hundred ounce. I attach it to the sip-puff tube on the 
wheelchair. When in bed I use a product called Loc-line, also on the Internet, 
for mounting the tubing so I can reach it during the night.
I also use the Loc-line for mounting a sip and puff tube to answer/call with my 
phone.
I do use Dragon Natural Speaking on the computer, ECU's on the wheelchair for 
front door opener and telephone, but for now that's about all the electronics I 
use.
