Hello Denny I'm a c4/5 complete with no movement from the neck down. For drinking I use a Camelbac (that's a brand, there are others) on the back of my wheelchair and also in bed when necessary. You can find them on the Internet. They come in sizes, I used the hundred ounce. I attach it to the sip-puff tube on the wheelchair. When in bed I use a product called Loc-line, also on the Internet, for mounting the tubing so I can reach it during the night. I also use the Loc-line for mounting a sip and puff tube to answer/call with my phone. I do use Dragon Natural Speaking on the computer, ECU's on the wheelchair for front door opener and telephone, but for now that's about all the electronics I use.
