I have to say that I started my Mac addiction with an iMac and then moved on
to getting my hands on any kind of Mac/Apple I could find. My primary
computer is a 400mhz G4, which is way more powerful than what I really need,
but oh how I love using it! My mother is now traveling along the
information super-highway on my revived iMac, and I am afraid she is going
to be a danger to us all! ;)

I love playing around with my assortment of Macs and proving to others that
they can still be useful even though they seem to be old and outdated. I
have introduced 2 friends to the internet with LC 475's that I fixed up for
them, and they are now hooked! I introduced my students to the joys of the
Mac SE by letting them spray paint the cases, and they now know how to
reformat a drive and get things set up the way they want them. My kids
think feeding fish inside a Macintosh case aquarium is normal! And my
husband just shakes his head when I walk in carrying an armload of beige
plastic, knowing that yet another Mac has invaded his home! And no matter
how much I try finding a place for everything, it always seems to end up in
that tangled everglades of everything that John mentioned. LOL
