My parents have friends who are not very sophisticated AOL users. They've
tried, and I've also attempted to send attached pictures to these folks
using OE5 (I realize this isn't strictly a Quad app) using all of the
encoding choices. These folks, (windows users), claim that they receive the
attachment but don't know what to do with it. Is there a way that we could
prepare the photo that would make it easier for their obtuse AOL
mail-reader. Neither my parents or I have had anything to do with this
company ourselves so this is a little baffling. TIA, -Brian
