PPC-upgraded, and PPC machines need all the cooling they can get. And, most definitely NOT on a 9150 (which uses the same power supply as the Q950). In fact, the 9150/120 uses supplementary cooling ... a Peltier junction cooler, plus a second fan directed right at the CPU.
