I have a Performa 640 (with DOS card) and was looking to speed it up and turn it into a legacy port printing server. I could care less about the DOS card... If there�s a market, I�ll sell it on Ebay, but...
1) What are my best options to speed this machine up? (I�ve heard either replace DOS card with processor upgrade or do motherboard swap�which is better?) 2) Depending on how I upgrade, what are my best options for ethernet connectivity? Comm Slot or PDS or is it built-in in some of the PPC 6xxx�s? 3) If I upgrade to a new motherboard, is there still a capability to insert a tuner card?
