Questions about this adaptor:

I want to make sure we are talking about the same adaptor before I post the
switch settings:

1. Looking at the adaptor with the numbers facing you, is the DB15M
connector at the top, and the HD15F  at the bottom? At the HD15 side, are
there three screws---two round ones you can turn and one hex at center that
you can not turn??

2. The row of dip switches have to position, sliding them up will be on (the
words ON and DIP printed on this position), and sliding them down is off
(the positions where the numbers are printed)

3. Is the adaptor beige in color, with absolutely no words printed on the
mold?

4. What Mac are you using this monitor with?

5. What monitor (model) you plan to hook this up to?

6. What resolution do you want? (832x624, 1024x768, 1152x870, or Multi-scan)

7. How is the monitor sync? (Sync on green, sync on V, sync on H, separate
sync, or composite sync)
