Hello James,
and thank you very much for your kind and fast reply.

Ok, so far we know that it is possible to connect a Monitor, which has BNC to a Mac
that has only DB-15. But does
that mean that we can also connect a Monitor that has only DB-15 to a NeXT that has
only 13w3 after soldering a
DB-15 to 13w3 adapter?

Is a DB-15 to 13w3 possible? I know that the Apple 21" Display and the 15" portrait
monitor were both connected
via 13w3. I have seen adapters for Sun monitors, made for the purpose to connect these
workstation monitors to
ordinary PCs, but could some connect a Multiscan PC monitor to the Sun (or SGI or
NeXT) workstation? *That*
would match the situation I am in.

What I am interested in is (where is my Volt-meter? Grrr) if the NeXT ColorStations
power supply also sends the
relatively high voltage of 12V 2 Ampere through the video cable, like seen on the mono
stations.

-Peter
