Greetings: I just got a Quadra 950 from my local Goodwill store. It had obviously been sitting on the floor (too big for anyplace else) and had a lot of floorwax build-up around it's base. Had only 8 1meg sticks of ram, and one harddrive (unplugged) a 1.9 mb Quantum Fireball. When I turn it on it gave me the happy Mac, and then played a series of chimes. I finally found that If I unplugged the HD, and booted from a floppy, it worked fine. My question is where can I find a service manual for this monster. I stuck an 80mb drive in it and plugged it into position A on the SCSI cable, and it now boots from the HD. I would, however, like to use the 1.9 mb, as 80 just isn't very big. Also, if anyone has any extra side latches (the one that holds the large side cover on) one of mine is missing. Also looking for some Ram for it. Any help greatly appreciated. I have been looking for one of these for a long time, and now I want to make it as nice as possible.
