Let's see a little Q700 luv!

Seriously, I dig my Q700, it makes a nice addition to
my two Q840's and my PM8500. I use it quite a bit for
surfing and development (right now I'm writing
HyperCard 2.2 apps on it). It's pretty zippy as far
as first-gen quads go, and the ability to turn it on
its side is great when space is a premium.

I concur with another post, the one annoyance is the
lack of an internal CD-ROM drive. I had to pull one
from another Mac I had to create an external drive for
it.

You can also run other OSes on the Q700, such as
Debian Linux and BSD. I'm actually getting ready to
attempt installing A/UX 3.1.1 on it, something you
cannot do with the AV Macs and later PowerMacs.
Should be fun to see if I can get gcc and Apache
running alongside my System 7 apps!

Hope this helps!
