I have a few 63x's here, some have good batteries, some have dead ones, the dead ones start and give the "Date and time are incorrect" message and do the Time Warp back to 1956... >got me started and I didn't stop till every port on the back of the 6300 had >something sticking out of it. Heh. I'm doing the same thing cheaply - stripping a pile of 63x's to bump one up. I'm about to replace the 631 I'm currently using as a TV, which also had the network card in it from another machine, with a 640 (with 486 built in) to play some older DOS games... Syndicate and Subwar should work well. <g> So, when I'm finished, I should have: DOS card and DOS joystick port (no multi-head adaptors needed.) TV/Video connectors (one S-video, and the RCA threesome for video, and L/R sound) 10baseT network connector The usual array of Mac connectors. I can pretty much bet most will be filled, too... speakers, mic, printer, TV, network cable, the works. -Eric -- Quadlist is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
