This isn't strictly Quadra related, but as they're mostly Nubus it's vaguely on topic.
I bought a card on eBay because it was cheap - and also unidentified. It's given me something to do if nothing else, so it's been worth it. Anyhows - it -seems- to be a video card. a standard DB15 connector is on the back, and it has 2mb of ram in 18 ZIPs, (looks like parity, there) and a RAMDAC which I found online to also be used in a PC card - a Radius Multiview 24. It also happens to use similar ZIPs One of the oddities about it (apart from being virtually unlabelled) is an LED on the rear, and a microswitch (same as a mousebutton) also on the rear panel. In any case, I'd like to find out what the thing is, who made it, and what it can do - I don't have a machine to pop it in and check with tattletech for a few more days, but thought one of y'all may have an idea what it is. There's a scan of the card at http://www.danamania.com/temp/unknownfront.jpg thanks, dana -- Quadlist is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
