I replaced my Q700 motherboard with one from a Q650. I too like the small
IIci type case. The Q650 board is a straight swap, losing one nubus slot
without resorting to hacking the 700's case - otherwise, no other mod is
required and is very simple to swap over. OK it's no longer a Q700 except
for the case, but the benefit of faster CPU and RAM outweigh this, IMHO.
