The document is updated to reflect the discussion/decisions in this meeting. The highlights of the discussion: 1) Maintainer per protocol. This is maintained in a MAINTAINER document 2) Different branches per protocol. This was deemed to high cost. Limit to one development branch 3) Counter proposal from Vincent to have stricter roles and git only committers. Community is not large enough yet to move to this methodology. 4) Added a section on Sabbatical/extended leave 5) 6 months inactivity to remove 6) Violation of trust/Role - Resolved through current maintainers. This document was approved for moving forward with Discussion on where to do the work next. quagga-ce on github or on a branch in Savannah.
