loop?). Not sure which commit this would be. Potentially adding this
commit to the set of pull req 17 should fix it.
Yes, there's a later one that does.
Just, in general, I bet this won't be the last of having the CI fail
cause someone used a C99 construct (and we require some C99 constructs,
but GCC accepts some in C89 and errors on others).
