Exactly.Quagga is an informal association. There is no corporate vehicle. There are no tax breaks. I have never claimed tax breaks on the small (but non-trivial at times, esp as a student) cost for some of the required infrastructure. There are no regulatory requirements for elevated transparency, compared to the rest of civil life.
