I was also not available for Monday's IRC meeting, and don't see minutes
from it at http://wiki.openstack.org/Network/MeetingLogs. Did the
meeting occur, and were folsom-rc-potential bugs triaged?

Of the bugs/reviews Gary cited, it looks like two have been targeted for
RC2, but https://bugs.launchpad.net/openstack-common/+bug/1050661 (sync
with openstack-common - Default for qpid_heartbeat should be increased)
has been committed but not yet targeted.

Also, I believe the following already committed bug fixes should be
targeted for RC2:

- https://bugs.launchpad.net/quantum/+bug/1050062 (fix filters_path)
- https://bugs.launchpad.net/quantum/+bug/1050053 (python files in
quantum/debug should not be executable)

Were there decisions to not target these three bugs for RC2, or can I go
ahead and target them?
