has been committed but not yet targeted.
both are part of the code. they have been approved
Also, I believe the following already committed bug fixes should be
targeted for RC2:
- https://bugs.launchpad.net/quantum/+bug/1050062 (fix filters_path)
- https://bugs.launchpad.net/quantum/+bug/1050053 (python files in
quantum/debug should not be executable)
Were there decisions to not target these three bugs for RC2, or can I go
ahead and target them?

sounds like you might have family obligations on monday, which is
fine, just make sure any bugs you see as critical are tagged
appropriately.
