Thanks Gary,

I've approved those.

I'm also tracking this patch in openstack-common, which will allow zmq
to work with Quantum RPC.

Two remaining issues that we believe we NEED to have fixes for before an RC2:
- cisco plugin issue with flat networks:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/quantum/+bug/1053154
- https://bugs.launchpad.net/quantum/+bug/1051679

I agree with moving the "port not placed on vlan issue" to incomplete
until someone can repro it. I'm definitely going to spend some cycles
on that though, as if this bug does exist, its a pretty serious
security vuln.

https://bugs.launchpad.net/quantum/+bug/1050512

There are a few other bugs that we will fix and include in RC2
assuming they are done in time, but otherwise, won't hold things up
for them (remember, they can always go in a subsequent RC if it
happens, or in a stable release, as they are legit bug fixes).
