Just standard FRST breathers on mine, replaced the pot and pipework and it was still doing it, so it was pointing at rings really as the old block was fairly high miles
I'm probably going to go down the more conventional route of another CVH if I can re-use the old block with the new crank, pistons, rods etc. If not, then I'm likely looking at a ZVH turbo conversion, I've picked up a lead for someone who's happy to convert and fit and has done it to his own car as well, which is a glimmer of hope. I talked to Mike at Ferriday a while ago, and he gave me Vulcan's number...? Make of that what you will! TonyV - thanks for jumping in with the offer, but I'd need to drill a CPS hole and rebuild which puts me roughly where I am now. To be fair I'm probably looking at new build for this car,and it's more of an urgent requirement. I am looking at another project 2+2 though, so let me know when you do get around to your engine swap and there could be a deal to be done on the lot Andy On Tue, Oct 21, 2008 at 10:00 PM, Matthew <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Blackbird engine, I'd say no.
