I live just outside Thames Valley, in northern Hampshire, and I drive
through TV regularly - pop down here and I'll show you some good B roads.
If you're brave enough I'll take you for a spin in my 2+2 ;-)

Check out the A417 from Reading to Wantage. Or "the bends of death" from
Reading towards Oxford (can't remember the name of the road, but it goes
from Caversham to the now closed M&P motorcycle shop). There is a lot of 50
section along the bends that give it the famous name however cameras are
only in the village sections where you should be respecting all the speed
limits anyway, and the corners are packed so close together that there isn't
the possibility of a camera van or radar gun site. You can manage 50 no
problem - it is up to you if you feel the conditions are right to make
progress [1]. The place along there that there are camera vans, typically
is the big wide open straight section where it's probably ok to go eeeek
mph[2].

There are plenty more roads that even getting up to the 60 limit is near
suicide, but fun if you treat them with respect. Road that runs parallel
(ish) to the A4 from Maidenhead to Reading another example.

[1] as my advanced motorcycle group used to call it
[2] Note to children and disclaimer, speeding kills small furry cute
animals. It's also illegal. I drive everywhere at 10mph under the limit,
anything that may make you think otherwise is me showing off to try to make
myself seem more interesting.
