Tony passed his date after that date that Andy mentioned - I think that's
the same date for automatic C1 entitlement as well, therefore he can't drive
anything over 3,500 KG either!

@Jim, you probably don't know about this rule as it doesn't affect you,
however anyone who did their test after that date will have been advised by
their instructor, examiner and probbaly got a leaflet at the time they
passed as well.
