Thanks for the advice guys - I've always waited until contact was dry before 
joining (with evo stick) and never had a problem. I tried it again and kept 
testing until I thought it was tacky but not wet - joined the 2 together and 
the roof rectangle is in place- so thanks for the help. I'll finish off the 
sides tomorrow at leisure, as the fumes nearly overcame me! Jim - did your 
trimmer use seperate pieces for the A, B, and C pillars or was the roll very 
wide? The roll I had was not a lot wider than the roof, but ok for length.
I anticipated cutting the felt at the screens and 'splaying out' to run down 
the A and C pillars, but now it's in position I don't think it will mould 
enough, so I may have to have joins. Regards, Martin
