Yes the cap has that feature - but the SVA manual says it has to be
accessible to the driver in the seated position, so rules that out.

Many (most?) Fiat reservoir caps have a 'push to test' built in as
part of the fluid sensor float. Is there something similar on yours?
It would seem logical that if that's acceptable for type approval, a
similar push button could be mounted anywhere in the circuit.
