Hi guys, I have just got one of my rear uprights machined to allow me to use bolt on driveshafts. I am now in the process of refurbing the upright and have now stripped off the failing powder coating before applying some hammerite.
I have noticed that the mount onto the bottom wishbones had no spacer washers, as are used at the top. In your builds have you used washers to pad things out? The reason I ask is that the bottom of the upright looks like it has been pulled in by the fixing bolt and I think it could take spacers if I straighten things out a bit... What do you think?
