Hi Ian,

I think mine only has a washer under the bolt head and a washer under the
nyloc nut.
The lower wishbone has 2x bushes and 1x insert fitted.

So the assembly order is:

M10x100 bolt/ M10 Washer/ Upright/ Lower Wishbone with bushes and insert/
Upright/ M10 Washer/ Nyloc nut.

The build manual makes reference to using M12 washers on the top mount so
that the lugs are not bent. (Usaully takes 3 each side). But there is no
mention of needing them on the bottom.

Subject: [Quantum Owners] Rear Upright on Xtreme - spacers?

Hi guys, I have just got one of my rear uprights machined to allow me to use
bolt on driveshafts. I am now in the process of refurbing the upright and
have now stripped off the failing powder coating before applying some
hammerite.

I have noticed that the mount onto the bottom wishbones had no spacer
washers, as are used at the top. In your builds have you used washers to pad
things out?

The reason I ask is that the bottom of the upright looks like it has been
pulled in by the fixing bolt and I think it could take spacers if I
straighten things out a bit... What do you think?

Ian
